Having ANY issues getting The Ace & TJ Show on either of the live streams?
Help other radio family members with help, comments or other questions so we can post!
Most issues are with the browser and player. Please use:
~ Internet Explorer for viewing the page (download link)
~ Windows Media Player (download link for all systems including MAC)
We still (for a limited time) have our old player as an option to use:
Ace & TJ Button live (6 - 11a) | Ace & TJ Button 2 (24/7)

Page opens, player LOOKS there, NO audio
There are days when the show just STOPS for no reason
I get drop outs and/or times when it seems to be slow
BUT it seems to happen all the time!
My iPhone (Droid/Blackberry/etc...) won't play anything

We're finding 95% of the issues require a simple 'refresh' to the page (assuming you have Windows Media Player which is a free download). If it still does not play, go down to the player's PLAY button and hit that and see if there's audio. If that still doesn't play it, best would be to use a different browser (Google Chrome, IE, etc..)

Best solution is to REFRESH the page. The show is there but for whatever reason your computer has lost the signal.

Some internet providers will get streached thin on available signal and in that case it's 99% temporary. Best would be to simply re-load the live stream and hope the new feed is on a cleaner path on your interenet service.
BUT it seems to happen all the time!
We've found 95% of all computers have FLASH properly installed and few issues with this daily BUT some computers EITHER don't have the proper FLASH installed OR no FLASH installed at all. Easiest is to use another computer. You can also check the FLASH installed but going to this page: http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html and installing.
