DID LATOYA JACKSON TAKE A BUNCH OF MICHAEL'S UNRELEASED SONGS???

After MICHAEL JACKSON died, his sister LATOYA may have gone into his rented mansion and made off with hard drives full of Michael's unreleased music.

Frank DiLeo . . . who was managing Michael at the time of his death . . . says that the family pretty much took everything that wasn't nailed down.  And he believes that much of it . . . including all that music . . . is currently at the Jackson family home in Encino.

He told "Rolling Stone", "They backed up trucks, removing everything.  They thought Michael owned it all, so they took even the rented furniture.  That's who's going to run his estate?"

DiLeo said there were at least 100 songs . . . quite a few of which were recorded back in the 1980s, when Michael was at his best.

There's also some newer stuff that he recorded with WILL.I.AM, AKON and NE-YO.

DiLeo said that lawyers for the estate will be asking the family to return the drives so they can be logged along with Michael's other belongings.
