IT TURNS OUT *FEMALE* ALLIGATORS ARE MONOGAMOUS

For the last ten years, researchers at the Rockefeller Wildlife Refuge in Louisiana have been studying the sexual habits of FEMALE ALLIGATORS.
What they've found is that, from year to year, roughly 70% of female alligators continue to mate with the same male. In other words, female alligators are monogamous.
That got us thinking: Which other animals are monogamous?
Here's a quick list of animals that practice some form of monogamy:
